2. Products and Pricing

We aim to keep product descriptions and prices accurate. Prices may include VAT where applicable; shipping costs are shown at checkout.

3. Orders and Contract

Your order constitutes an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing (e.g., by email). We may reject orders for reasonable cause.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order using the available methods (e.g., bank transfer, card). Orders may be processed only after payment is received or authorized.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you provide. Delivery times vary by product and destination. We will inform you about estimated delivery timelines during ordering.

6. Right of Withdrawal – Exceptions

As an EU consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to:

• Our Cargo Bike on Demand service, once it has been initiated with your consent.
• Customised or made-to-order cargo bikes produced to your specifications.

For these products and services, cancellation and return are excluded once production or service has started.

7. Returns & Warranty

Our cargo bikes are designed to be strong, durable, and repairable. We provide a standard warranty of [insert period, e.g., 2 years] covering defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, or modifications not authorised by XYZ CARGO. If you experience an issue under warranty, contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will repair or replace defective parts at our discretion. Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights.

8. Business Customers (B2B)

If you purchase on behalf of a business, EU consumer protection rules (including the 14-day withdrawal right) do not apply. Different warranty and return rules may apply to B2B sales.

9. Governing Law & Venue

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
